To ensure your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we partner with reputed courier agencies, including USPS and UPS.

Order Processing:

Orders placed on our website will be processed within 24-48 hours.

For shipments via USPS, orders will not be processed on Sundays. For all other days, orders will be processed as usual.

For shipments via UPS, orders will be processed all 7 days of the week.

Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

Domestic Shipping (USA):

Standard Shipping: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to arrive.

Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping for orders above $20. This offer is only valid for customers within the USA.

All our shipments within the USA are carried out via USPS or UPS, depending on the location and the type of product.

International Shipping (Mexico, Canada & Other Locations):

Shipping to Mexico and Canada might take slightly longer. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your order to arrive.

For other international orders, the shipping charges and estimated delivery time will vary based on the location.

The receiver is responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.

All our international shipments are carried out via USPS or UPS.

If you need to change an order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your changes if the order has not already been processed and shipped.

Return Policy:

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. The refund will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned product.

Returns are only accepted if the product has a significant defect or issue.

Products returned due to a change of mind or any reason other than a significant defect will not be accepted.

The returned product must be in its original packaging and should not be used.

We offer complimentary return shipping for all our customers. However, products that are on sale or have been purchased during a promotional offer are not eligible for returns.
