Exsivia Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to the Exsivia Affiliate Program. This program is designed to incentivize bloggers, influencers, and creators by allowing them to earn commissions on sales referred to Exsivia through their unique affiliate links. Participation in the program is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a percentage-based commission on net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns) made through their affiliate links. The specific commission rate and any potential tiered structures will be communicated upon acceptance into the program. Payments to affiliates will be made on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold as specified in the affiliate dashboard.
Eligibility
There are no specific criteria for eligibility; however, Exsivia reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application based on content quality, audience engagement, and alignment with Exsivia’s brand values.
Promotion Methods
Affiliates are encouraged to use various promotion methods including PPC advertising, email marketing, social media, and content creation. All promotional activities must be in compliance with legal standards, including but not limited to, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for advertising in the United States.
Tracking and Reporting
Affiliates will be provided access to a portal through the Ultimate Affiliate Plugin on Exsivia’s WordPress website. This dashboard will allow affiliates to track their referrals, earnings, and access promotional materials. Each affiliate will be given a unique username and password to access their dashboard.
Use of Brand Assets
Affiliates may be provided with Exsivia brand assets for the purpose of promotion. These assets must be used in accordance with the brand guidelines provided by Exsivia. Exsivia reserves the right to review and approve all affiliate uses of brand assets to ensure consistency and integrity.
Legal Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines on advertising and endorsements. This includes disclosing the affiliate relationship clearly and prominently in all promotional content.
Term and Termination
This agreement will commence upon the affiliate’s acceptance into the program and will continue until terminated by either party. Exsivia reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause, upon giving the affiliate prior notice. Notably, Exsivia may choose to deactivate an affiliate’s account for non-compliance with these terms, violation of any applicable laws, or any other actions deemed harmful to the Exsivia brand. Affiliates will be notified of such termination via email.
Conflict Resolution
In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first seek resolution through direct negotiation. Should these efforts fail, the dispute will be submitted to mediation or arbitration as agreed upon by both parties. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Exsivia operates.
Modifications to the Terms
Exsivia reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email and will be bound by the revised terms unless the affiliate terminates the agreement prior to the date the changes take effect.
Confidentiality
Affiliates agree to keep all proprietary information pertaining to Exsivia and its affiliate program, including but not limited to sales data, commission rates, and marketing strategies, confidential. This obligation will survive the termination of the affiliate agreement.
Conclusion
By participating in the Exsivia Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to abide by the above terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the deactivation of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any accrued commissions.
